This research lab investigates organizations’ pain points in digital transformation programs, including but not limited to the following topics:
(1) The key antecedents and impediments that influence an organization's trajectory toward successful or unsuccessful digital transformation; (2) The multifarious ways in which organizations leverage an array of digital technologies (AI, blockchain, cloud computing, etc.) to transform their structures and processes; (3) The pervasive influence of organizational culture and change management on the efficacy and trajectory of digital transformation initiatives; (4) The processes by which organizations leverage digital transformation initiatives to fundamentally reconfigure or innovate their business models; and (5) The critical elements of the strategic methodology, foresight, and implementation that are necessary for organizations to leverage digital transformation efforts in yielding measurable improvements in customer experiences, operational performance, organizational competitiveness and agility, and revenue growth.
本實驗室主要在探討組織在數位轉型計畫中的痛點,其中包括但不限於以下主題:
1.影響組織數位轉型成敗軌跡的關鍵前因與障礙; 2. 組織運用多種數位技術 (AI, blockchain, cloud computing, etc.) 來轉變其結構和流程的各種方式; 3. 組織文化與變革管理對數位轉型計畫成效的影響; 4. 組織利用數位轉型創新其商業模式的過程; 5. 組織運用數位轉型以在客戶體驗、營運績效、組織競爭力與敏捷性及營收增長方面取得顯著改進所需的策略方法、前瞻性思維和實施的關鍵要素.
